From holiday discovery to life-changing partnership

What started as a wellness experience on holiday has now become an exciting new HYPOXI partnership in Regensburg, Germany.
During a cruise vacation, Katharina Rauch discovered the HYPOXI-Method completely by chance while exploring the ship’s wellness offerings. What she experienced next left a lasting impression.
“I was amazed at how quickly my lipoedema symptoms improved,” Katharina recalls. “It was a real eye-opening moment for me.”
Back home in Regensburg, Katharina couldn’t stop thinking about the positive effects she had experienced. The challenge? The nearest HYPOXI-Studio was simply too far away to use the method regularly.
Together with her sister, Nikola Nazet, Katharina decided to take matters into their own hands. As qualified master orthopaedic shoemakers, the sisters already dedicate their careers to improving people’s wellbeing, mobility, and quality of life. Introducing HYPOXI into the family business felt like the perfect next step.

Their father, Rainer Rauch, immediately recognised the potential. Always passionate about helping clients live with less pain and greater comfort, he has spent years developing innovative orthopaedic solutions, including custom insole concepts designed to relieve posture-related joint pain.
