The HYPOXI distribution rights in Australia were recently acquired by Fernwood Women's Health Clubs.
Fernwood operates 75 health, fitness and wellness clubs exclusively for women in Australia, with a total of more than 70.000 members.
Each club is specifically designed to meet the needs of women, to support them in shining in all situations.
From strength and weight training to high-intensity workouts, yoga, Pilates, meditation, nutritional coaching and more – Fernwood Fitness supports every woman in a diverse and pleasant environment to feel fitter, stronger and healthier.
“Our acquisition of HYPOXI Australia is a real win for every Fernwood member and great for our target audience,” said owner, Fernwood CEO and founder Diana Williams.
"In the fitness industry, it can be difficult to address the topic of weight loss outside of nutrition and exercise programs, and HYPOXI is a perfect complement to our locations and the fitness routines of our Fernwood members."
The HYPOXI method was already available in five Fernwood clubs before the takeover, but since HYPOXI was brought under the umbrella of Fernwood Fitness, the sought-after training method has become much more accessible as an investment opportunity for franchisees to integrate it into their clubs.
The HYPOXI method significantly increases revenue by converting unused space in fitness centers into specialized studios for the HYPOXI target group. This not only brings commercial success but also expands the range of services offered to each club's members.
