HYPOXI – National Operator Conference 2019 in Australia
With around 40 franchise operators and 26 of its own HYPOXI shop-in-shop studios within Goodlife Health Clubs and Fitness First, HYPOXI is the first point of contact in Australia when it comes to targeted body shaping.
It is hardly surprising that numerous HYPOXI studio operators accepted the invitation to the annual National Operator Conference to take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues and to attend expert presentations.
The results of an Australia-wide HYPOXI marketing survey were of particular interest to the studio operators. Questions regarding the origin of HYPOXI customers, their motives and goals, and the shift from traditional advertising to social media marketing were explored, as was the significant role of word-of-mouth recommendations for long-term success.
