Each season is special in its own way, and there are reasons to look forward to each of them. If you feel comfortable in your skin, you can enjoy your personal seasonal highlights even more.

Exercise more, quit smoking, spend more time with the family, avoid stress, save more – and of course, on top of the list: lose weight. New year, new happiness, new figure? Gone with the baby fat!

Pregnancy and the time following birth is certainly a very special time in a woman’s life. However, even though the first months with the new addition to the family are very fulfilling, for many young mothers, the well ‘filled’ fat stores are a real burden. During the exhausting months after delivery, they usually don’t have the time, or – to be honest – the energy to exercise.
